Delivery Service and Time:
Once the order is confirmed, we will ship the item within 3 working days and deliver it to the customer within 7-10 working days.

Shipping: No shipping fee

Delivery Range:
Our delivery service covers most parts of the world, including major cities and remote areas. For some remote areas or specific countries, additional delivery time may be required. If your address is not within our delivery range, we will contact you after the order is confirmed to provide possible solutions.

Track Order:
All orders will be provided with a tracking number after shipment. You can track the delivery progress of your order by logging into your account on our website or through the link provided in the confirmation email.

Return and Damage:
If the item you received is damaged during transportation or has any quality problems, please contact our customer service team within 30 days after signing for the goods. We will process your return request as soon as possible and arrange a replacement or refund.
